I just purchased my fifth Chevy since 1980, so you know I love Chevys. The last four were purchased at Heritage Chevrolet, so you know I love Heritage! The managers and salesmen are pleasant, knowledgeable, and have always been able to find me a car (and a deal) that I love. The service department personnel are very kind and accommodating. If I have to have repairs on my car, as least the new waiting room is a decent place to hang out. Even has a TV!

Great Service

I have always had a pleasant experience at Heritage Chevrolet. The excellent customer service is the main reason why I drive so far for my vehicle maintenance. I would not trust my SUV to anyone else. Robin Warren-Dorsey Hanover MD

I was treated. Wjth outstanding. services in puchasing my vehicle. Mr. Jerome was expectual helpful hee explained everthing I asked. A very genteman repair people were wonderful.

AWESOME!!!!

One of the best dealerships in the area. I bought a 2003 Tahoe from them, brand new. I loved my Tahoe & I love everyone at Heritage. They are all helpful, courteous, professional, considerate, FAMILY. I have referred friends to them & they are as happy with Heritage as I am. There isn't anyone there who does not have your best interest at heart!

Perfection

Our experience with Heritage in purchasing our two cars was nothing but wonderful. We left with everything we asked for and could not be happier with our purchase. Stockton, Julian, and Gordon are the best team a person could ask for when purchasing a vehicle. Stockton was patient while we test-drove over six cars and worked to stay within our requested budget. Thanks to th emiracle team's efforts, my husband and I both left with a car that day. Thanks again team. You rock!

Service area attractively remodeled, courteous service, timely performance of service, good followup, quality of work thorough and above average, have always used Heritage for service since car purchase including tire replacement, oil and filter changes, tire rotation and alignment, found prices to be competitive

Great place for dealer service

Our family has purchased 6 new vehicles & 2 GM off lease vehicles from Heritage Chevrolet/Buick/Oldsmobile over the years. While routine service can be performed anywhere, When the vehicles have needed "dealer" service Heritage management/service writers and staff technicians have risen to the occasion. In one instance, while looking at something else, they found a leaking transmission cooling line on my son's Malibu from a repair at another shop and called it to our attention. Without this notice, the transmission could have been ruined before he got back to New Jersey. In another instance, I was quoted a flat price for a minor transmission repair to my 2007 Buick. It was repaired and ran great! About a week later, the service manager called and said that one part that was included in the overhaul was not needed and when the technicial returned to part to the parts department, it generated a credit. So could I please stop by with my credit card for a $135 credit. WOW!! I have taken my neighbor's Buick to Heritage for minor stuff (her dealer closed) and even though the car was not purchased there, they bent over backwards to help her out! The kind of place where you would want to send your mom!
