    We bought a new 1997 BMW from Mike Wilson at Crown and drove it for 17 years! This year I decided to buy a new car, shopped around some, eventually returned to Crown for another BMW. Again, Mike and his very capable assistant Sally Greer put together a very nice package for me which is now parked in my garage! They are knowledgeable about their cars and take a personal interest in their customers. They are exceptional.

    My 2013 BMW has been in service going on 2 weeks. The service provider that I am assigned to is horrible. He doesn't communicate, never answers his phone, returns phone calls two days later and doesn't update me on whats going on with my vehicle. This is very poor communication and on top of that I was not provided a loaner vehicle and my car is under warranty. I was without a vehicle for two days and had to come out of my pocket to pay $30 a day on cab service. Then on the third day I had to contact him to get me a local enterprise vehicle so I can get around somehow. No type of courtesy was given and he waited until the very end of the day to get back to me, when Enterprise was nearly closing. Enterprise even had to call him to confirm that they BMW was paying for the vehicle. This is ridiculous. In addition to the poor service, they damaged my vehicle while in the shop. They said they fixed all the repairs needed to be done and when they were moving the vehicle into the garage, the garage door hit the roof of my vehicle and damaged it, so now it has to be sent to the body shop to be repaired. This was Wednesday (4/7/2016) he told me that my car would be ready by last Friday (4/9/2016). this and today is Saturday and I haven't hears a word from anyone. When I go to the BMW in Chapel Hill, there is way better service, constant communication, and updates on the vehicle, loaners are provided and they actually are there to satisfy their customers. The only reason why I went to Crown BMW is because it was closer and my vehicle had to be towed there because it totally shut down on me, so I thought even if I had to get to my vehicle somehow Crown BMW would be closer. This is a horrible experience and I would never ever come her again.
