Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.

Repeat customer at the Autobarn VW. The staff there will make every effort to earn your business while maintaining a low pressure environment. Very accommodating and certainly competitive regarding pricing and valuation of any vehicle you may wish to trade. The actual business transaction is seamless and efficient, although I wish this could be completed in one step (ie the sales consultant processes the paperwork) as other dealerships now do. Patrick McDonald is fanstastic. He listens, provides answers, and is genuinely interested in making the experience positive. Will definitely consider the Autobarn for my next vehicle purchase again.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. By far one of the best experience I’ve had purchasing the car and the process of purchasing it was quick! Best dealership that I know of and I will go to them for future vehicles. Jason is so knowledgeable. He is such a wonderful source of information and his love of Rolls and Bentleys is incredible. My son bought me a Rolls from Jason for Christmas... They delivered it AND put a huge red ribbon across the car cover for me to discover in the car building. We've gone back to visit, to look at some of his inventory, and always feel welcome to talk, to look, to discuss, and enjoy being there. Right now, I'm looking at his inventory online to purchase a more utilitarian vehicle, e.g. the Land Rover. I'd buy from Jason even if they are more than 100 miles away if only on the basis that this 74 y.o. lady can trust Dream Car Concepts.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes models. He is very prompt with questions and responses and follows up. A pleasure to deal with. The two vehicles I was pricing out were competitive nationally.
My experience with Audi Exchange and my salesman, Stuart, was excellent. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car as well as taking the time to make sure I understood all the features. I plan on using the dealership for any and all my car needs.
Fernando was AMAZING, you can tell he truely loves his job and loves the customers. He took his TIME to help me choose a car I wanted and wasn’t too pushy. I drove over an hour to come here and would definitely come back!

I was pleasantly surprised how easy my car buying experience was. Valentina was professional and honest and I felt I was buying a car with a knowledgeable friend. The dealership itself was spotless and I know I won???t dread spending time there for car service in the future.
This dealership provides great service. Got tired of the hard sell every time I went to another local dealership. Only thing I think they could do better is the waiting area. Another dealership I used to go to had theater type seating and desks with chairs to work at. When you are waiting for your car for 2-4 hours comfort is nice.
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.
