I had my Audi vehicle towed to the facility with a transmission issue. From intake to diagnosis and repair, the staff, at all levels, performed in a professional and personable manner. Their communications throughout the process were timely and thorough. The Audi Warwick service team sets a high standard for all auto repair organizations to emulate.

AutoNation Honda ColumbusReviews
AutoNation Honda Columbus review
JaMorris helped us a Friday afternoon and was patient as we test drove the 2 cars we had it narrowed down to. He gave good info about the different models and trims to compare things to. We went to a few other dealers for test drives but really liked the Honda we had driven and felt like it was the best value. Came back on Saturday knowing which model (Pilot) and JaMorris showed us the different options on the lot and we found the right one! Color, trim, interior, etc. was great. The finance officer was friendly and not overbearing. He asked about our driving habits and really discouraged some items instead of pressuring us. We are pleased with our Pilot and this was the best car buying experience I've had in 50 years.

Audi West Houston review
Thanks to Jackson Russel, Grant Draper and Alexis for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. We appreciated the refreshing low-key approach to doing business.
2020 Audi A4 review
I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

J&S Autohaus III review
The car wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to pass, but Melvin at JS Autohaus still made the experience worthwhile. He answered all my questions, tracked down the details I wanted, and kept me updated without trying to rush my decision. That kind of straightforward service matters when you’re searching for the right car. If you’re browsing used exotic cars for sale in New Jersey or checking out exotic cars NJ, I’d recommend giving JS Autohaus a look. Melvin was great to work with!

2014 Audi A4 review
I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

Michael in sales and Benson in finance made our experience quick and satisfying. Michael made himself available for us, even on short notice. He was also the right amount of communicative for our taste.

The salesman Justin was good. However what comes across on line through the site for pricing and financing do not match what is the actual at the dealership.

THIS IS MY 5TH AUDI IN THE LAST 12 YEARS. I LOVE THE STYLING, LOVE THE INTERIOR. PERFORMS LIKE A DREAM, PLENTY OF ACCERATION POWER. THE INTERIOR IS LUXURIOUS. HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL COME WITH THE LEATHER SEAT PACKAGE. THE SERVICE AT WEST PALM AUDI HAS BEEN TERRIFIC, EACH VISIT IF YOU WISH A FREE LOANER IS PROVIDED. THE THE SERVICE TEAM IS OUTSTANDING. DON'T HESISTAE TO TAKE A TEST DRIVE AND YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE AS I HAVE.

I purchased my car at this dealership, had a great purchase experience, and follow up service. They delivered on their promise. I recently went back for service and had excellent care and service from William. They are attentive, and detailed oriented. I encourage you to visit this dealership for a vehicle purchase or service.
2020 Audi A4 review
The A4 is the right balance of luxury and sportiness for me. I ride in comfort, but when I touch the gas, she goes. I leased a 2017 and when my lease was up I bought the 2020.

AutoNation Acura Stevens Creek review
It was my first time going to Stevens Creek after years of using Los Gatos Acura ( now Capitol Acura) Although the wait for my turn when I arrived was long, I appreciated the good service and especially that they washed my car before I picked it up. I’ll be going there from now on instead of Capitol Acura.
2017 Audi A4 review
The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

2019 Audi A4 review
The Audi A4 is a very comfortable luxury sedan that accelerates quickly and rides smoothly on highways and backroads. It has very good design and technology features. It is an excellent choice, unless you also want a thrilling car to drive. It tends to smoothly glide on the highway rather than carving a turn and tenaciously sticking to the road. Overall it is a great car but if you want also a driver’s car try the Audi S4.

Audi South OrlandoReviews
Audi South Orlando review
I came to this dealership in 2018 to purchase a vehicle and had a rather unpleasant experience with the receptionist, 2 members in sales, and a manager, so I purchased my vehicle elsewhere. 8 years later, I purchased another Audi out of town and decided to try Audi South Orlando for service. As soon as I arrived in service, I was immediately welcomed and treated with the utmost level of respect. While I was initially told I would receive a loaner car while my car was being serviced, the service advisor informed me my particular service wasn’t going to take as long as I was originally told so I would not be able to get a loaner, however, they offered to call and pay for an uber to take me anywhere I needed to go and get me back to the dealer once my car was done. While finishing the check in process, it turned out the appointment I made over the phone was actually scheduled for a different day than what I was told, so I wasn’t even on the schedule for that day. The service advisor, Austin, still got my vehicle in and took great care of me. They kept me up to date with texts and videos throughout the service and were nothing but friendly and professional during the whole process. I’m glad I came back years later because staff has definitely changed and the way I was treated this time around was 100x better than in 2018. I will continue to bring my vehicle back here for service and hopefully purchase future Audis from South Orlando.
