Excellent staff and dealership. Lacie is excellent. Financing was quick and easy, much better than the old paper forms.
2019 Audi Q3 review
I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Queen at Honda! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the service process, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured. What stood out most was his customer service. Mr. Queen made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another appointment. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Honda is fortunate to have a service representative like Mr. Queen. Excellent customer service makes such a difference, and he definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend asking for Mr. Queen when you need your vehicle serviced. **10/10 experience!**

Buchanan KiaReviews
Buchanan Kia review
Great experience from beginning to end. My first point of contact was over phone with Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for and reached out when a vehicle matching my description got delivered. I immediately headed to the dealership and loved what I saw, but had to talk it over with family. After have had gone to other dealerships, I decided that no one could match Buchanan's prices or customer service. Dealing with Tom, the GSM, to make sure we were financed quickly and properly was easy and nothing like I have ever experienced at another dealership. Everyone here was great and made car buying a wonderful process! Will definitely be recommending Buchanan Kia to all my friends and family and we will be back if we need another car in the future! Thanks for the amazing customer care and service!!

2017 Audi Q3 review
My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

I had a great experience working with Hernan at Autohaus Lancaster. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made buying my new SQ8 incredibly easy. I was out of town for most of the transaction, but Hernan Diaz-Egg handled everything remotely, kept me updated, and got me the trade-in value I was hoping for. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the entire process was quick and efficient. No surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time. The level of communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Hernan and the team at Autohaus Lancaster.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.
2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2015 Audi Q3 review
Awesome luxury car that made road trips a joy for me. Its both smooth and sporty in drive. Definitely like the quick acceleration and turbo charged power on highways. For the first few years the drive was like in the flying in the clouds. Surprisingly even after 100k miles my car has turned out to be relatively low maintenance with only aging common issues after tens and thousands of miles. Still seems to have lot of punch left in it even after 100k. Have plenty of amazing road trip memories with my car.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.

I love my new Audi Q3. It’s fun to drive and it has so much power. I thought the new displays would be hard to learn but that hasn’t been the case. I’m very glad I traded my A4 for this SUV. The green color is beautiful and I feel so good driving it..

Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

Joann Virgillo was absolutely amazing in every way professional and personal. I feel she worked as our advocate to identify what our needs and wants were as much as she represented the dealership. She is a no pressure salesperson that gave us time alone to think about the purchase. No hovering. Fastest car purchase I ever made. When we sell our other car we will be back here asking for JoAnn. I cannot say enough positive about her.
2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased the 2024 Audi Q3 pre-owned and it was in showroom condition. There was an initial issue with the front passenger side door lock but it was promptly repaired under warranty at the Audi Dealer. (I did not purchase it there.) Other than that, I love the ride and handling, the engine is a powerful sucker and amazes me how fast I can jump into moving traffic especially on the Interstate. German engineering is the best and this will definitely not be my last Audi. 5 stars all the way around. My only concern is the road noise, I expected an Audi to be more quiet, but I have gotten used to it.

2024 Audi Q3 review
My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

DARCARS Toyota of Frederick review
We had a great experience at Darcars in Frederick. We came in looking to buy a low mileage used car. We had a Toyota Camry in mind and Moe Makadji showed us precisely what we were looking for. Moe showed us several available options and clearly explained pros and cons of each one. Once we chose one, he made a respectful but pressure free sales pitch for the services he thought were necessary. It was evident to us he was endeavoring to find what worked best for us. The financial aspect of the deal was also handled with the same level of professionalism. Miss Kelly Shields was respectful and knowledgeable. Not once did she try to sell us anything we were not interested in. I will recommend Darcars in Frederick to any friend looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Thank you very much

2024 Audi Q3 review
I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

From Jon Yetter to service techs, this is a great team. My service writers, Jamie and Derek have always been the best examples of customer focus but on this visit, I had some issues related to the high level AI quality of my Q5, that Jon personally took the time to explain to me how to solve the matter after the service people did their usual first-class job with the diagnostic check. Just the best experience all the way around. Well done, Sun Audi.

Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore review
Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

Bob Bell Nissan Kia review
I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. I was directed to John Wyatt. He was excellent. He was professional, considerate and well - informed. He helped me pick the right car for me. I am very satisfied. Thank You!

2021 Audi Q3 review
My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.
