I have been going to Audi North Atlanta for 17 years now and the experience is always exceptional. Last week I brought my A4 in for an oil change and a check up. I was greeted immediately and saw one of my long time Service reps Roy Reboukus. He took care of me right away and went over the service with me and made me feel at home and said he would take care of everything. A short while later my car was complete and he managed to find an Audi disount to save me some money. I asked since was there if I could get the annual service done on my A3 and he said absolutely! This service required additional time and he was able to find me a loaner. Once the my second car was finished he called and it was done a full day ahead of schedule. Once again he found several discounts for the labor and parts that saved me several hundred dollars. The entire team at Audi North Atlanta is exceptional and always make me feel like I am part of their family. They are very professional, courteous and always looking out for my behalf. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!
2022 Audi Q5 e review
I purchased a 2022 Q5e prestige and have owned it for four months. It currently has 5k miles. My overall rating would have been 5 stars if not for a charging issue that took two weeks to resolve (the car would not charge using an L2 or L2 charger). After they replaced the charging harness everything has been perfect. I bought the Audi Q5e specifically because it had decent enough all-electric range, EPA rated at 22 miles which works for my commute. The good news is that I have yet to have a full charge under 29 miles. Most are in the 30-35 range. The highest was 42 miles. I've taken a few road trips in the 250 mile range and averaged 34-36 MPG. If I use NAV, the car is very good at parsing out the battery so it lasts nearly to the destination. It takes about 2.5 hours on an L2 charger from zero to full. The seats are extremely comfortable, great for long trips. The AC is the best I've seen (even better than my wife's X1) and the user interface is easy and makes sense. The touch screen is big and responsive, however it is a bit of a stretch but that is really splitting hairs. The trunk is plenty big, the handling is smooth, the cabin is spacious and whisper-quiet. Absolutely love the adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist. The back seat is great for two adult passengers (3 is a bit cramped but possible), and even tilts for additional comfort. I bought the car to cut down on my CO2 emissions and to prep for my next vehicle which will be fully electric. The Q5e is an excellent car with amazing tech.

2022 Audi Q5 e review
Over one year owning this car and I'm still as smitten with it as on day 1. This car is still the best all-around SUV on the market right now, in my opinion. I hope to see the PHEV tradeoffs deliver more range in the future. Mine gets plugged in daily. For me it's getting about 30 ev / 330 total miles per refueling. I'm looking forward to the bigger Audi models getting the same system with larger range figures.

2021 Audi Q5 e review
I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

He was very thorough in going over the vehicle warranty and vehicle features and how to use/ access them in this digital age. The car was washed and detailed to perfection on delivery. On subsequent visits, to follow up on accessories, Rasethnu saw that they were installed and the car was again washed for us. Aaron, in finance, was very helpful in processing our paperwork. While the purchase of a vehicle can be stressful, Rasethnu, and the people at St Paul Audi (including their parts manager who has 50 years with the company) made this purchase a very pleasant experience.

2021 Audi Q5 e review
This car just feels right for me. (Everybody is different) I wanted an electric car that has a gas engine and this is it. The electric portion only goes 25 miles but my work is 11 miles so I can go back and forth on electric only. I installed a power charger at home and it is much better than using the supplied system that you have to unplug each and every single time (also it takes forever to charge with 110V) The car is definitely a different feel than the gas driven cars as you cannot hear or feel the car as you are used to. The most shocking for me was the performance when I did want to go fast, again normally you hear the motor - but it just went. it states 5 s to 60 unreal, but I can believe it
