I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. Audi St. PaulReviews
Audi St. Paul review
I had an amazing experience while purchasing my Audi.I purchased the car out of state. I was little hesitant to purchase out of state without visiting but Audi xx Paul guys made me feel comfortable. Right from the first call, the staff was very attentive and responsive. Laynee Johnson made my experience very welcoming. She was always available and answered all my questions in great detail and introduced me to my new car, told me about all its features and promptly created my myAudi account! Their MD Lindsey Nelson also personally called/email me when some of their staff was out of office and made sure the deal is on track! Audi xx Paul sent all paperwork immediately and shipped the car with utmost care. If it was not Audi xx Paul, I doubt I would have purchased the car out of state and only on phone! Highly recommend Audi xx Paul. They live up to their amazing online reviews.

Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

Audi DevonReviews
Audi Devon review
I arrived at Audi Devon to have a rear tail light and bulb replaced. When I arrived my schedule was checked and accepted with no problem. On the way to the waiting area I saw Johnnie who is one of the managers. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. When you are sitting in the waiting room it's like enjoying a friendly home environment. When you leave Audi Devon after each service every question/decision/appointments/recommendations have been discussed and resolved and reviewed. The repair service is completed as a personal workmanship on each customers auto. You always leave Audi Devon with a smile knowing that all is well and repaired. Also, Johnnie is among the best manager's to work with pertaining to service. He is extremely knowledgeable/dedicated/respectful/ and understanding. ALWAYS choose Audi Devon for all of your automotive needs. There are no mistakes in choosing Devon Audi Service Department.

Hendrick Lexus Kansas City review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City. Doug Caston was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, personable, and never once made me feel pressured. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and was able to get the deal put together very quickly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making the customer experience a great one. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service I received. I highly recommend Doug and the team at Hendrick Lexus! Oh I can’t forget - I was also assisted through the process with Natalie and she was also a joy to work with! Thanks!

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

From Jon Yetter to service techs, this is a great team. My service writers, Jamie and Derek have always been the best examples of customer focus but on this visit, I had some issues related to the high level AI quality of my Q5, that Jon personally took the time to explain to me how to solve the matter after the service people did their usual first-class job with the diagnostic check. Just the best experience all the way around. Well done, Sun Audi.

CarMax San AntonioReviews
CarMax San Antonio review
Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

Audi PensacolaReviews
Audi Pensacola review
Walked into Pensacola Audi having never looked at an Audi before. I always had my heart set on a Mustang GT or Camaro SS. I looked at an S5 and was blown away. Went to the Ford dealer and wasn?t ever assisted by a sales rep. Was on the lot for 30 minutes. Finally went inside just to sit in a GT. It was so basic. Sales rep was condescending and dismissive after I asked a question. Walked out the door. Went to the Chevy dealer, the Camaro was basic. Drove back to the Audi dealer and asked to drive the S5. Fell in love with all the luxury upgrades. Dylan T, was excellent at teaching me about all the features on the car. Very patient, good natured and helpful. Best sales rep I?ve encountered in my lifetime. The dealership was impeccably clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. The purchase went smoothly, the delivery was top notch. I am beyond impressed and would recommend this brand and dealership to anyone who has never ventured away from an American Brand. You?ll be totally blown away.

Kunes Honda of SycamoreReviews
Kunes Honda of Sycamore review
I recently bought a preowned Jeep from Kunes Auto Group and it was hands down the easiest, most painless dealership experience we’ve ever had. The entire team was professional, straightforward, reasonable, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. No games, no pressure, just good people who made the process smooth and stress-free. We drove over an hour to get there, and I would do it again 10 times over. That says everything. Highly recommend. Mark Vasquez is a very professional young man. He was in constant contact with me. Prompt replies, honest & a man of his word. Shocking how easy it can be with the right people at the right dealership! I trust Kunes!!

International Porsche of WaukeshaReviews
International Porsche of Waukesha review
I have consistently had an outstanding experience at Porsche Waukesha. Jeff Friess worked patiently and found the ideal Porsche for my needs. He is always attentive and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I have also been very impressed with the service department when I bring my vehicles in for service. There are dealerships closer to my home in Green Bay but the outstanding service and customer care I receive at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.
