Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Don’t waste your time going to any other Volkswagen dealership—come here for all your service needs! The team is honest, trustworthy, and truly has integrity. I’m always impressed by how great the employees are and how well I’m treated every time I visit. This dealership deserves a spotlight for the exceptional customer service they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time for my next car. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend them!
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

While we ultimately did not get a car there( not do to lack of choice or cleanliness) we were going back next day because we ran out of time lol. On the way back we ran into the perfect car. Nate was awesome pulling vehicles and their no pressure sales makes it a place I will look again. Prices, inventory and cleanliness were refreshing.

Audi ArrowheadReviews
Audi Arrowhead review
Joe, Hunter, Garret and Evan make the difference when it comes to car sales. Buying a new car is not something I do often or particularly enjoy, but these gentlemen really make me want to come back to Audi AutoNation Arrowhead for my next vehicle purchase. I think the AutoNation car buying experience is unique because it’s a publicly traded company. The pricing for the car less taxes and title was pretty transparent. No sneaky add-on’s, no upselling and no pressure. I’m glad that we found them.

Our sales associate, Colin Pine, was above and beyond for service, knowledge, and sales of our new Audi Q3-2026. He was and is a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions perfectly. We were a bit confused with the additional presentation of an extended warranty for the vehicle upon completion of our transaction and decided not to purchase the extended warranty. Thank You Audi Bellevue for your continued service with our car purchases. Linda & Frank Stull

AutoNation Toyota Irvine review
Very good customer service, honest and transparent. Sabrina and Baha were great to work with.
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Jimmy Britt Chevrolet review
Purchasing my 2026 Chevrolet Suburban from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchases I?ve ever experienced. Buying a vehicle from five hours away can seem intimidating, but Dalton and Sales Manager Fabian made the entire process incredibly simple. The negotiations were respectful, straightforward, and fair from start to finish. They were always easy to reach, responded quickly to every question, and worked efficiently to put together a deal that met exactly what I was looking for. Nathan in Finance also deserves special recognition. He wrapped up the entire transaction professionally, efficiently, and without any unnecessary pressure or coercion. It was refreshing to work with someone who respected the customer?s decisions while making the financing process seamless. The entire purchasing process was smooth, organized, and completely hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights was their outstanding vehicle delivery service, which eliminated the stress and inconvenience of making a long drive just to complete the transaction. A special thank you to Frank, the delivery driver, who was absolutely exceptional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made the final step of the purchase even better. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure the delivery was perfect. If you?re looking for an honest dealership with fair pricing, excellent communication, and a truly hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. Even if you?re purchasing from out of town, they make the process incredibly easy. I wouldn?t hesitate to buy from them again!

Lexus of Tampa BayReviews
Lexus of Tampa Bay review
I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Lexus of Tampa Bay after finding it online. I normally hate the car-buying experience, but Zee completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pushy. He listened, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I already knew I wanted the CX-5—Zee is the reason I chose to buy it from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I’ve bought enough cars to know a great salesman when I meet one. Zee is exactly that. I would absolutely buy from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from AutoNation Ford Katy over the past couple of years, and they’ve consistently provided me with an outstanding experience. A huge thank you to Draeton in sales for always taking great care of me and making the buying process easy and enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled right. I also want to give a special thank you to Jammie in the finance department. No real issues with the dealership. However, cannot say the same a out the vehicle. The electronics leave much to be desired and from what I've been told cannot be improved. That's really unfortunate since it otherwise drives and handles really well.
