This was a very professional experience and this team is just gracious, know their product, asked about any concerns, built rapport and streamlined the process. My husband and I were very impressed. We will continue to purchase Acura products here.

4cyl turbo engine is quick and smooth. Best navigation I have seen and great console improvements . Sleek design makes the BMW the best coupe in the luxury market.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. James Frye, was excellent to work with. Super easy, zero pressure and car was exactly as described. Great price and everything was explained throughout the process.
2022 BMW 430 review
I have 2009 BMW M6 V10 which I daily drove for about 1 year then bought 2022 BMW 430i Msport with convenience package. Race artic blue exterior and congnac interior color combination is beautiful. My car has 797M wheels which are hard to come by. I truly enjoyed 1 year ownership i drove about 30,000 miles and enjoyed every mile in this excellent daily sports car! I averaged 28 mpg and the car has special technology that you can cruise without gas pedal when you are on flat or downhill road. Literally the car keeps going super cool. This car is technology masterpiece and a car with future technologies. If you are looking for luxury daily good on gas sports car look no further! I've looked at every cars on planet under $60k and 2021+ BMW 430i Msport is the best #1 choice.

The team at BMW of South Miami took the time to show me what I’m h family was getting for the extra money and found a way to make it fit in the budget. Had a great car buying experience. Smooth sailing from start to finish. Patrick was awesome !
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.

Great group of people , in the sales office and service department. Whether leasing or buying , both my vehicle acquisitions were pleasant and timely . Ask for Armando in sales , he and Gsm Zac will see that you get a fair deal . Just a breath of fresh air in an industry filled with unpleasant shenanigans and unscrupulous characters, you won’t find any of that garbage at Naples Acura. Go check them out . Great cars great people . Thanks again, Pete & Andrea Polanco

Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

BMW of AkronReviews
BMW of Akron review
An unbelievable experience!! We're from Tuscarawas County and we drove to Akron for our next BMW. This is the second time we leased a BMW from this dealership and it was a smooth, relaxing day there. The folks there are extremely friendly and very welcoming. Mark the sales manager is one of a kind! So easy to talk to and very helpful explaining all the options we had. There's no other sales manager I've ever dealt with, and i'm 61, that's been so down to earth and so easy to talk to during the leasing process. If I could I would give this dealership 6 stars! We will without a doubt be back for our next BMW!! Greg

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Auto Boutique JacksonvilleReviews
Auto Boutique Jacksonville review
Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
The buying part was fine and the car is fine. What bugged me was getting three separate calls about an extended warranty after I'd already said no twice at the desk. I get that it's the business but come on. Aside from that I have nothing bad to say, the Escape has been great and the price was right. Just say no firmly and move on.
2023 BMW 430 review
I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.
