Wayne Akers FordReviews
Wayne Akers Ford review
I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Stevens Creek BMWReviews
Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

BMW of South AustinReviews
BMW of South Austin review
Outstanding experience at Hendrick BMW of South Austin! I recently purchased a BMW here, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, Michael McKenery was absolutely awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we found the right fit. He even followed up after the sale to make sure we were loving the car, which says a lot about how much he cares about his customers. The entire dealership was professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. Honestly, it’s one of the best dealerships I’ve done business with. If you’re in the Austin area and looking for a BMW, ask for Michael. You won’t be disappointed!

Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I only test-drove a vehicle here and I was amazed by the process. Adam was super chill, with no pressure on why I didn’t want the vehicle. I’ll more than likely be back here!

2020 BMW 530 review
This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

AutoNation Ford Bellevue review
Finally got my torque converter fixed with the help of Lilian. The car runs so strongly now. It appears that the torque converter was the root of all the problems I'd been having with the car. It's great to learn about how the engine of the car works and the significance of the torque converter. I had no idea until they fixed it.
