BMW of Wesley ChapelReviews
BMW of Wesley Chapel review
Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

CarShop Chester Springs review
Nick was a total lifesaver! I was passing through town for just one night when my car's hood wouldn't latch shut, and I had no idea how I'd make it home. I called about 15 minutes before closing, and Nick told me to come right over. I pulled in with just a few minutes to spare, and he was already there waiting for me. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two minutes flat. Without his quick help, I would've been stuck in town for days. So grateful!

I was I. The market for a used Mustang. I did do my research before hand. I think David knew that I was focused on one thing and he accommodated me. He answers all my questions. The financial guy seemed to be a little out of it and “tired” which was a little off putting. Over all I found what I wanted. The service in the back end was a little slow.

I went with my daughter to drop off her car for an oil change and went to say hello to Franky Lena, our salesman for the the last 12 years. Look forward to my next car from Delray Honda with Franky!!

Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Fantastic service. Jose took me on a full test drive and helped me with all the features
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

Motorwerks BMWReviews
Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.
2019 BMW 530 review
The car is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I are thrilled with the vehicle purchase. The car lives up to its name in style and performance. I’m looking forward to enjoying my birthday gift for a very long time.

BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

2019 BMW 530 review
This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

BMW of Bel Air review
I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle. The salesperson gave me space until I needed some questions answered and made themselves available for additional questions. My salesperson was Lilly and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions or found the answer. The process was not stressful and to be honest, better than I expected.
