This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Saw a car, bought a car; overall a great experience. I did my research on the net and found a few cars I wanted. Most turned out to junk, but theirs was in great condition. Usual stuff from used car dealer: We're losing money at that price, you really want it, your wife likes, etc. But they went down on price anyway. My wife did a great job telling them its not really the color she likes :) What really got them was showing them a "better" car price (even though it didn't have the options nad had repaired damage).

We had a BMW iX but the fully electric vehicle wasn't working out like we had hoped. I contacted Khalil Taylor, whom sold us the BMW iX and advised him of our situation. Khalil Taylor advised that he would make us an appointment to come talk to him to see what he could work out to make us happy. We initially were going to purchase a gas vehicle but Khalil Taylor spoke to us about the advantages of a hybrid. We already had a vehicle charger installed in our garage to it would be an easy transition. After working with Khalil Taylor, we traded in our BMW iX and left with our BMW X5 xDrive50e. We are so happy that Khalil Taylor was willing to work with us again and convinced to go hybrid.

Great experience with Jonathan. There were a number of unplanned issues, and the team jumped through hoops to minimize the disruption. Ultimately they prioritized safety and getting the work done right. Very appreciative. Only small opportunity for improvement is maybe more chairs and workstations in the waiting area.

I just wanted to share how amazing the service and sales process was for my father when I referred him to the dealership. He had been looking to get service done on his current Lexus and happened to see this beautiful RX350 that was at the lot. As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.
