Gratitude to Darlene Miller at Honda of Westport

After 13 years and 225,000 miles, we decided it was time to replace our Honda Accord. We checked out 4 local Honda dealers and met Darlene Miller at Honda of Westport Connecticut. We were interested the Accord Hybrid and learned that we would have to wait about four months for the 2018 to arrive. In that time, Darlene kept in touch with us and, as soon as the vehicle arrived at the dealership, she let us know and arranged an immediate test drive. We were sold on the car and Darlene helped us accessorize it.She was very thorough in her explanation of the new electronic options. The car is wonderful! Should we decide to replace our 2003 CRV, we will definitely go back and see Darlene. She was very knowledgeable, very attentive, incredibly honest, and took care of our needs throughout the waiting time and purchase process. Sonia in financing was very helpful and knowledgeable as she explained the various warranty options. Unfortunately, the "afd-ons" we ordered weren't available when we picked up the car. Apparently the otmes weren't in stock yet (this was the first 2018 Accord Hybrid and we picked it up 36 hours after our testdrive. To "make things right", they're going to pick the car up from our house, leave a loaner and bring the car back when the new items are installed. They also added a complementary extra accessory to make up for the inconvenience. This is the 7th time I've purchased a Honda and I don't think it will be the last time.
