McGrath Acura of LibertyvilleReviews
McGrath Acura of Libertyville review
I'm usually not someone who writes reviews but felt the need to since I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and great energy from the entire team. The vibe at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. I worked with Alec Olney, and he was outstanding to say the least - extremely professional, personable, and clearly very experienced. He had answers to every question I asked and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, just supported. Overall, a truly great car-buying experience. I highly recommend both the dealership and the team if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable process.

Ultimo Motors East review
“I had a fantastic experience at Ultimo Motors! My salesman Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager, Tasho, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and that I left completely satisfied. The whole team made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. This was truly a great experience, and I look forward to doing more business with Ultimo Motors in the future. Highly recommend the whole Ultimo Motors team if you’re in the market for a vehicle!”

Elgin HyundaiReviews
Elgin Hyundai review
I was there today because, as it turns out, the service team damaged a tire pressure sensor a few weeks ago when replacing one of my tires. So the fact that I was there at all was very annoying. But I was treated courteously, given a reasonable expectation of how long it would take, (that time estimate was accurate) and a clear statement that the problem was due to an error by the service department. I appreciate that acceptance of accountability. The oil change and car wash was nice, too.

Laurel BMW of WestmontReviews
Laurel BMW of Westmont review
I recently purchased a used Mazda from Laurel BMW of Westmont, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. What really stood out was the straightforward approach. There were no unnecessary upsells or attempts to pressure me into buying additional products or services. Everything was explained clearly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. A special thank-you to Vesna, who was fantastic to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire buying process easy and as stress-free as possible. I truly appreciated her honesty and communication. I would highly recommend Laurel BMW to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even though I purchased a used Mazda rather than a BMW, I feel I was treated with the same level of attention, professionalism, and care that I would expect when purchasing a brand-new BMW. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish!

Service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was pleased to see the service rep. mention my GM points to see if I could get any discount on my new wipers. And, yes there was a notable discount. Thanks for that! Service department employees were all very nice, conversational and professional.

Our experience with Fair Oaks Lincoln was exceptional. Robert, our sales representative, is a dictionary of insight into the Lincoln brand and capabilities. We were able to do a lot of the prerequisite work via phone - we live out of state -- and secure the deal in person. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend the team at Fair Oaks.

I had a great experience with Jabari. He was professional, personable, and made the car-buying process much easier. He listened to what I needed and helped me find the right vehicle. I would definitely recommend him!
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Gurnee Volkswagen review
I have an airbag recall that needs to be replaced and when I called a local dealership they gave me a hard time and because I was not a customer of theirs they couldn?t help me. I called the service department at Gurnee VW and I explained everything to them. They scheduled me an appointment right away and they even apologized for the issue I had with the other dealership. Gurnee VW is a great place to go.

CityWerks MotorsportsReviews
CityWerks Motorsports review
I recently purchased a 2018 Jaguar F‑Type R from CityWerks Motorsports, and I can confidently say this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had. Steve went above and beyond throughout the entire process and proved himself to be an honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable seller from start to finish. From the very beginning, Steve was incredibly thorough with every detail about the car. He took the time to explain the vehicle’s condition, history, features, performance upgrades, and maintenance without rushing or avoiding any questions. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about transparency and wanted me to feel completely comfortable and confident in my purchase. That level of honesty is hard to find in the automotive world today. One thing that really stood out was how much effort he put into providing photos and videos. Steve sent an extensive amount of high-quality pictures and detailed walkaround videos that covered every angle of the vehicle, inside and out. He made sure I could clearly see the condition of the paint, interior, wheels, engine bay, and every important detail before making my decision. It honestly felt like I was inspecting the car in person. The shipping process was also handled flawlessly. Steve stayed on top of communication the entire time and helped coordinate shipping in a very timely and professional manner. Everything moved quickly, updates were consistent, and the car arrived exactly as described. There were no surprises, no hidden issues, and no stress involved. Overall, CityWerks Motorsports is an incredibly professional dealership and easily one of the best around. Steve’s customer service, integrity, attention to detail, and passion for quality vehicles truly separate him from others in the industry. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from them, especially a performance or luxury car, I would highly recommend doing business with Steve. He made the entire experience smooth, trustworthy, and enjoyable from beginning to end. -Blake Nathan

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!
