My buying experience was seamless. This is my first car in the USA. Linden is one of the best sales associates and knows his work perfectly. He did not 'push' for sale, but rather, showed all the features of the car and gave me plenty of time to take decision. He was very welcoming. I highly recommend AutoNation Chicago.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. The only annoyance, and it really is unavoidable, is the amount of time from beginning to end it takes to purchase a car.
