I got my C5 Z06 from MDK international. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found a 1K mile Corvette Z06. A 15 years old "brand new" vette and the price was very competitive. Purchased the car with 2 day return policy and had it checked by my Chevy dealer. The guys at Chevy said "this is the cleanest older corvette they've ever seen". Result!

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there

I live in the South Bay area and I drive to Pacific BMW for sales and service needs. I has been with this dealer since the mid 80's and have purchased all my BMWs from them. Whether in service or sales, I am treated with respect and honesty, which I value most, especially these days. I highly recommend this dealer.
I had a great experience while purchasing a used car for my elderly parents. My great experience started when I first called the dealer to inquire about their inventory. I spoke to a gentleman named Ashot, gave him my budget, told him the car is for my elderly parents and that was all. He gave me few options, the car was detailed, went and looked at it, dropped few hundreds from the price and we were out with the car. Never once I felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. I will definitely return as a customer and or refer my friends and families.
my experience couldn't be better, my first couple places i was before had lot's of pressure and nothing else. make it short i will not concentrate on other places and will try to be as honest as i can about my experience at Blue Rhino Motors. Mario was a first whom i saw after short confersation over the phone with somebody else (can't remember the name). Mario was extremily patient and really helpful with me. i was not sure which car i want to drive home tonight that's why made other salesmen little bit nervous at other places. he showed me around 6 cars and after all i chose complite different one )) we test drove around the block and i knew that this is my dream car. but the payment was very important for me and the car i chose was $2000 over my budget. they did magic, real MAGIC, my payment was less $300 with low rate. finance guy's name was Fred who was as patient as Mario and very polite. i will recommend to all my friends and family to go and try that place. Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. I'm a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The guy in charge seemed willing to sell at a decent price. But they ran my credit (which is excellent) and then basically refused to attempt finance the vehicle even though I was going to put $3500 down on a $10000 purchase.
They suggested I put it on my credit card...

I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I???ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn???t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I???ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive.
