Purchase vehicle must be in the big store, information is correct, service is very good
2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

BMW of DallasReviews
BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

2025 BMW X5 review
Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

This location has always been exceptional when it comes to customer service. Although faces have changed the service has remained the same. Thank you Chase for your professionalism, patience and honesty. No one enjoys coming to a dealership to spend money. However, when you get amazing service like Chases, it’s a lot easier to visit.

Very professional, quick and smooth transaction. The best experience I have had with a car dealership.
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

CarMax Hulen Mall review
My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi review
I recently bought my 8th vehicle from Hurst Autoplex and it was an excellent experience as always! I’ve worked with Ryan Miller many times over the last 9 years and he makes the process is incredibly simple. I spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership before I was driving home in a new vehicle. Hurst Autoplex always has a large inventory of competitively priced high end cars. They offer fair values on trade ins and back their products. I’m a lifelong customer of Hurst Autoplex and recommend that you are as well!

Go Luxury Auto GroupReviews
Go Luxury Auto Group review
This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through. Everyone I met, spoke to and met at Go Luxury Auto Group was friendly, professional and answered every question I had. The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. Go Luxury Auto Group made me feel important every step of the way. Bryan is doing a phenomenal job and if you’re thinking of purchasing a luxury vehicle, this is the place to do it.
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.
2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.
