She didn't judge my indecisiveness (at least not to me lol), she allowed me time and grace to figure out what I wanted so I would be confident in my purchase. She was responsive when I had questions (and there were a million of them). She was helpful without being pushy finding me cars and treated my questions for a used car that was 50k or new car at 80k with the same respect. She would stay in contact without coming off pushy. She created an advisor/ client relationship and through it gained my trust. I looked at many different options and honestly the timing was crazy for me. So the majority of my indecisiveness came more from my brain being overwhelmed with everyday life and not so much on the car. Through her patients and letting me get into a better head space. She was able to get me from a used car (maybe bmw or maybe even a different brand) to a new x5 (with more packages then I ever thought I would get). I hope your sales staff can learn from Wendy and her example of building a relationship with the customer and allowing the client to go through the process because sometimes the process is so much more for the customer than just finding a car. I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead, was pleasantly surprised since as a former prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General I was expecting the worst buying a used car. I'd already been by one dealership previously looking for a Mustang and didn't like the extra things they were insisting on adding on. Well Noah exceeded my expectations. He was extremely honest on all of the numbers, didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The finance manager was also equally honest and upfront, did not try to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. If you want an honest dealership that is professional and easy to deal with, I strongly recommend Arrowhead BMW. They made what could have been a miserable experience pretty enjoyable. I had my mechanic inspect the car after I bought it and it was in as impeccable condition as promised. Now if only all dealerships could be this excellent.

2026 BMW Z4 review
Following two Mazda Miatas and a MINI Roadster S, we chose the last year of the BMW z4 to continue our top down motoring experience. While certainly larger than our previous roadsters, it has superior engine performance and handling capabilities and a more premium interior and spectacular exterior appeal. We found the B46 4 cylinder engine plenty powerful and did not want/need the legend B58 6 cylinder's extra power, cost or insurance premium. The z4 sDrive 30i offers similar camaraderie as the Miatas and MINIs with both BMWCCA and ZSCCA group activities. With only our break-in miles, cannot speak to reliability but our other BMWs (x3 M40i and 230i) have been problem-free.
