Wasn't looking for a Prius but Castille mentioned the great gas milage so I figured since we're already there why not? LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that car (which is now lovingly referred to as Isaac). Bought it that day. Noticed a broken rear wiper blade when leaving the dealership and they ordered a new one at no charge, installed it at no charge also. This is the first dealership in a LING TIME that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Castille also went above and beyond. A car salesman who actually listens to you, doesn't treat a woman like she's an idiot about cars and states facts not just the "good" selling points. People like him are few and far between.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! 2020 Buick Encore GX review
The car is quiet, acceleration is acceptable considering the 3 cylinder turbo charged engine. There’s enough room I the back seat for 3 adults. Rear storage is adequate. Interior controls are laid out well and the seat material is easy to clean.

2020 Buick Encore GX review
Okay a 1.3 L with turbo doesn't sound impressive, but it got me up to highway speed just fine and scored 30 MPG the whole way. Just the wife and me...having kids along would make it too cramped, but for us the compact but well appointed cabin was comfortable and the entertainment options plentiful. Really enjoyed it over all.

2020 Buick Encore GX review
I purchased this car as a daily driver to keep highway miles off of my really nice vehicles (Escalade and Corvette), and to haul around our 100 LB Doberman. I have been amazed at the performance of this car with its 1.3 Liter turbo. Mine is the Encore GX ST model, which includes some convenience features you don't expect in a bare bones commuter. AWD, Automatic headlights and dimmers, heated seats, among others. no matter how hard I drive it, I get 30 MPG average, and can get more on a trip. About to turn 50k miles without a problem. Original tires are still in great shape! I will buy another one if and when this one ever wears out.

If you need a new car in the Bloomington, IN area I suggest going to Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and asking for Ali Dunn. I brought my old car in to the dealership to have my transmission looked at. The next day they had determined I needed a new transmission altogether and I decided the car was not worth the cost to fix it. I needed a new car quickly and luckily the salesperson that I meet was Ali. She was very professional from the minute that I meet her. Her knowledge of the vehicles was extensive and she answered every question that I had. I purchased the vehicle that fit my needs, but with in a week of driving it I noticed a few small dents. They were small and not noticeable unless you drove the car every day like I was doing. I contacted Ali and she took care of the issue. I brought my car in and the dents were removed that same day. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Bloomington Ford & Lincoln and Ali Dunn.
