Got a reasonable offer for my trade in vehicle and came out with a beautiful Cadillac that I will enjoy owning. I'm very satisfied.

While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!

My salesman was very nice and courteous. I would have liked for him to be more knowledgeable and have immediate answers to my inquiries about the car instead of having to find out from other co-workers or sources within the dealership. But overall, my experience has been a positive one and the service department has gone above and beyond to fix things on the vehicle.

Kansas City HyundaiReviews
Kansas City Hyundai review
Kansas City Hyundai is a welcoming car dealership with a staff of congenial associates. My husband and I were helped by Josh Kennedy, an experienced, very knowledgeable associate who can tell you the specifications of many makes and models of vehicles. I actually learned from Josh more about the car that I currently own and would love to replace with updated safety features. And Josh learned and understood what I wanted to find in a new vehicle. Before test driving several vehicles, Josh explained the features of Hyundai’s advanced safety technology and taught us how to engage them. During the test drive, he patiently taught how to use the safety technology with clearly articulated directions and suggestions. Hyundai’s safety features are quite impressive, and at the limited trim level they are amazing. Josh is a great communicator and “teacher” with clearly stated answers to our questions. When he did not know the answer, he looked into it. He is unrushed and conscientious, and I believe Josh wants to help find a vehicle that will meet the needs of the customer and a vehicle they will enjoy driving. I highly recommend Josh Kennedy to help you find your next vehicle.

Craig Smith Chevrolet review
We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and at least 4 of them from Kevin. You couldn’t ask for more thorough & complete work done to make the buy quick and easy. When Kevin says he will treat you like family, there’s no doubt that he does just that. He makes your visit with him enjoyable and at the same time an easy relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness & patience with us!

John North FordReviews
John North Ford review
10/10 — Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The team at John North Ford went above and beyond throughout the entire process of purchasing our new 2026 Ford Expedition. No pressure, great communication, honest and transparent service, and they truly made us feel valued as customers. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time. Everything was organized and efficient, and they made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and customer service stood out in a big way. We couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the experience. Highly recommend John North Ford to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers before, during, and after the sale.

ALM KennesawReviews
ALM Kennesaw review
I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

We were not able to come up with a deal. The dealership was firm on their asking price. Although a few days later they did reach out to say that they had dropped the price, unfortunately I had already completed a deal with another dealership.
2024 Buick Encore GX review
It is a great entry-level Buick. Longer than its old self. Handles great. I would like a little better of an interior. I would recommend this car over the old one.
