I have never been treated better!!!!!!!!!!! Every car lot I go to they take one look at me (Tiny, Asian and a woman) and they try to talk to me like I'm a little kid or like I have never even SEEN a car before! It's so frustrating!! I went up there last Saturday and I was greeted by a woman! She (Liz) was great! She told me she understood how I felt and told me I didn't have to worry about it happening here, and I didn't!
I worked with her for a while and then I started working with a man because she had to step out. I was worried that she wouldn't get credit (because I had found my Jeep) and then he told me that they don't work on commission!!!! What??? A car lot that has their priorities straight?!? Never thought I would see the day! Liz and the staff at The Preowned Store are truly a gift if you are looking for a nice Jeep at a great price!
You absolutely have to stop by here and look at all of the Jeeps! All of the staff is wonderful and helpful! You will not be sorry!
A great shopping experience. Just down to earth guys, no pressure to buy, very easy to deal with and they don't charge any dealer fees like everyone else. They really don't, other people bought cars while we were there and no one was asked for extra money or a fee.

I stopped in at Shottenkirk HONDA I was on my way out of town when my oil light went on stating I had 15 0/0 for my oil.I pulled over google nearest dealer and it was Shottenkirk HONDA.I been going to Ed Voyles since my relocation to the area in 2015.Well let me tell you Spencer greeted me before I could shut my car door. I got the oil change and I was advised that I needed a filter because mine was dirty. I was out of there and on my way within an hours time.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk.
