Great team to deal with! I called ahead and Robert was prepared for my visit. Both Robert and David made the experience a personal one. It felt like I've knew them for years! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family. Keep up the great work!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I would like to first and foremost thank Sandrena Schumacher for how well she treated my wife and I while purchasing our new 2018 Escalade Platinum at Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had such a friendly and kind demeanor. She followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and invited my wife back to help her understand the features of the vehicle better. Overall, the best Cadillac purchase experience!
Our first experience at another dealership was a bit disappointing as the salesperson did not know the vehicle well enough (thankfully we did our research before), but faith restored with Cadillac thanks to Sandrena and the rest of the team!

My faith has been restored in the car buying process! My salesperson Sandrena was truly working for us and helping us get the best deal possible on the vehicle we were interested in. She even went as far as to come in on her day off to help us negotiate and work the deal. I was truly impressed with her commitment to serve her customer. Peter in the financing department was equally impressive and did a wonderful job of explaining but kept the process moving. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.

My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. The finance went by pretty fast and I was out of there with my new Durango. I would definitely buy there again and refer anyone looking for a new vehicle

we were on a fact finding mission when we stopped at liberty buick. treated nicely even though we did not intend to buy at that time. ultimately, we traded in a pick-up and a fifth wheel on a 2019 buick envision. tim was patient with us even when we totally changed the color and style of vehicle that we initially wanted. we got more vehicle than we ever imagined at a manageable price.
