Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC review
We walked in looking for a new or lightly used Cadillac. Coach Novak approached us and was absolutely fantastic. He was right he isnt a typical salesperson. He wasnt the typical slick talking, fastmoving stereotypical sales guy. He was respectful of my wife and my time and our needs. We got an great deal on a beautiful Cadillac. Thanks Rizza and Coach for all your service and attention in our new purchase.

They have gotten better with the customer service, just wish as a long time customer whom has purchased 7 vehicles in the last 10 years there could be some type of reward program to offset the cost of repairs. I feel like a new customer each time my husband and I buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Great experience from first contact by Meaghean (Internet Sales coordinator) to working out the terms with John Duenskie (Product specialist) Drove home with my new Trailblazer same day. Our Salesman Ata was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, respectful, and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. We explained to him exactly what we were looking for and the budget we needed to stay within, and he "MADE" it happen for us. Best Car buying experience my wife and I have had in several years. Highly recommend Ata and Lone Star Cadillac!

Spearfish Motors IncReviews
Spearfish Motors Inc review
Easy and best car buying experience ever. Jason Konstant responded quickly, answered all my questions, I test drove it, negotiated, was financed, and bought the XT5 in less just over an hour combined. Rocky in Finance didn't blanket send the loan application, got me a great rate, and we closed the deal. My truck payment was pulled the same day they paid it off, and they cut a check for refunding the payment within 24hrs. Class Act, Easy to work with, Make good deals, Do what they say, and don't waste your time! If you're buying a GMC or CADILLAC see Jason and Rocky at Spearfish GMC Cadillac!

Jesse Martinez was fantastic. He was honest with us, knowledgeable, very helpful and took his time with us. There was a particular vehicle I wanted to see, it wasn?t in their lot so he came up with a plan to get and allowing me to test drive a bit longer than expected. I was very please with his help and getting the vehicle I wanted. The finance team was amazing as well, it?s a process but our finance guy was fantastic and ensured we were well taken care of! The team at Gunn is absolutely the best!!

AutoSavvy Albuquerque review
Buying my 2024 Mazda CX-50 at Albuquerque was surprisingly easy, and Ahmad walked me through the features and financing with patience. The SUV was prepped clean and paperwork moved quickly so I could get on the road without stress. Friendly, efficient service and a quick follow-up made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've had.
2023 Cadillac XT5 review
First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Napleton Cadillac of Libertyville review
Purchased my SRX in 2012 and have regularly used their Service Department. Always great and courteous customer service. If waiting for your vehicle, comfortable waiting area with beverages. If your vehicle requires a longer service period, a courtesy vehicle is quickly arranged.

He was kind, thorough, and efficient throughout the process of helping me select a protection plan for my Cadillac. Steve took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Ed Martin Acura review
Dennis is great! When I bought a 2015 MDX 4 mos ago. Then, drove it 11k mis, went in and decided I wanted to buy a 2020 Used certified MDX. Initially my trade value wasn't going to make it possible. The next day the used car manager stepped up into my trade with a generous offer and I bought the 2020. I bought the service plan too. Beth in finance was great too. Very patient. She gives you time to make the right decisions for your purchase.
