I worked with Maria Guzman, and her services were amazing . It was a bit of a wait but it was definitely worth it. THOMAS was the gentle that begin to help me with my sale and he was awesome as well .. I have had previous experiences with car dealers and it was horrible. We've been looking for a Suburban with specific options and color combination. David Harrison never gave up the search until he found the perfect one! All of our boxes were checked and it's beautiful. On top of finding our perfect Suburban, we got an outstanding trade allowance for our Tahoe. We couldn't be happier.
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I stopped by Fitzgerald on the way home bfrom looking at two other dealerships. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted warmly by Jason Seville. Over the next week I came back three more times, and Jason could not have been more helpful. He reached out both via email and text to help me understand the options. He even stayed two hours past his work day to meet, talk with and take a test drive with my son, who loves cars and had a great time. I found the car I wanted at the price I thought was fair. Great job Jason, and Mario and Jamie as well, who made me feel glad to be there.
No haggling, no tricks. This was an easy, dare I say pleasant, car-buying experience. David answered my questions, did not pressure me, and found the car I wanted. I recommend David Harrison and Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick.
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
