After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Set up an appointment and took my 2015 Tahoe in to have 2 recall repairs completed. I was greeted by courteous staff and my vehicle was taken in for service. Within the expected time frame, I received a call that my vehicle service was completed and ready for pick-up. Upon my return my vehicle was brought out and I was ready to leave. This was a very pleasant experience with the service department.
As always the friendliness and level of service was excellent. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were in and out in less than an hour. Also as always I do believe the level of service should be matched by a courtesy of vacuuming the interior--this is my only caveat to a great experience.
I purchased my Mazda in Dec. 2017 & they was nothing but professional to me. They made my car buying experience a great one. I was so nerve & they was patient & very kind to me. I have used their service department & they have explained everything to me so that I can understand. They treat me like a person & not just a customer. I love Cooks Auto & will continue bringing my car to them.
While the technicians who changed the oil and rotated wheels get an A+, I would have to give the service advisors a D. First when making the appt the tech on the phone was more than a little obnoxious and arrogant. When a customer calls and requests service work to be done, it is that person only responsibility to make sure the customer needs are met. Remember, the customer is always right. We made the appointment with some misgivings by me. When we dropped off the vehicle, another service advisor listened to me and did the right thing by asking what we wanted done and saying he would see what he could do about ordering the parts we wanted etc. we pick up vehicle the next day and there is a note that stated they did not know what we wanted, that they could not find what we wanted and that if we put on what we thecustomer wanted it would cause several system failures in the vehicle.
What extra service we were trying to get done is replace the stock front brake pads which were putting an unusual amount of brake dust on the wheels, with a set of carbon fiber ceramic brake pads. Something which is stocked at all automotive stores locally as well as rock auto and auto zone and advanced auto to name a few.
The vehicle in question is used in car shows as well as being driven daily. My problem is, no effort was put in on service teams part and the staff was closed to any other opinion but their own. Not Avery good way to conduct business in my opinion.
Additionally, what was supposed to initially be a no charge bill, was subjected to a fee which was discusssd when vehicle was dropped off. This lends me to believe there is a extreme lack of communication at this facility and consumers should be wary at best having any work completed here.
Traded in my 2014 Durango for 2 vehicals. Told Tom and the staff make my payments as close as possible. After a lot of emails and back and forths the team came threw. Buying process alittle slow. 3 hrs from start to end for paper work but we’ll worth it. Used vehicals don’t come with full gas tanks :( and my it was dark and my truck had a dent that I didn’t see to negotiate being repaired. Other then that great experience
Tom Perreault was very prompt and friendly. He answered all my questions and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with Tom. Tom also located the extra key from another dealership and called me right away.
My experience at Koons was nothing less than extraordinary. Micaiahs service was awesome. He kept his communication with me at all times, he went over & beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I would recommend anybody who???s looking for results to come to Koons. I honestly have nothing negative to say at all & i appreciate everybody who was involved in helping me get my new car.

I feel I was treated fair. They listened to what I had to say and I feel I was dealt with honestly. I did not buy the vehicle I have now from Wilkin’s but I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

My experience with Kim and the staff at Red Lion Chevrolet was absolutely the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle in a long time. I had no intentions of even going to a dealership but after a battle with repairs on my used car it was looking like a new (used) vehicle was my only option. I went to Red Lion Chevrolet because it was the closest dealership to my house and was greeted by kim. With only a broken down Pontiac as down payment and not much financial wiggle room Kim worked her magic and got me in a 2016 Malibu, when I had intentions to buy the cheapest car they could get me. Me and my family are extremely happy to be sitting in a beautiful new (to us, anyways) car, and to be in a reliable safe vehicle that we can rely on for years to come.
Mike Lowery was a excellent salesman worked with me thru some obstacles that we had to go thru . I had some issues with vehicle Mike and service took care of everything promptly will go back in future if I decide to purchase another vehicle.
