Love this vehicle. Adaptive cruise is great on trips, the adaptive air ride suspension is incredible. Fit and finish is great. The 6.2L has great performance. Seats are firm and very comfortable. The 10 speed trans handles the power well and is very smooth.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.
