Mercedes-Benz of CalabasasReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
I had an exceptional experience working with Sally at Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car?not just making a sale. Sally took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. If you?re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend asking for Sally. She made what can often be an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable.

Great service ! Excellent deal and amazing car ! Manager deals are amazing ! And workers work with you
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Universal Mitsubishi review
This was our 4th Mitsubishi purchase, I love this place, I originally bought my 1st Mitsubishi in Aurora, IL and when we moved out here took the car for service in Duarte and found their service team excellent as soon found out their Sales dept and Saul were just as good, 10 years later, they are still my go to place
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Simi Valley Chevrolet review
I was recently looking to purchase a Chevy Colorado ZR2 and had a list of options that I wanted on it. After an initial difficult search finding what I wanted, Anthony Christmas took the time to work with me and referred me to Cade Vitto to sit down and order the truck I wanted. Both gentlemen were kind, professional and accommodating. Cade went over every option and made sure I ordered what I wanted and they made sure I understood the wait time on a new build vehicle. To my surprise, Cade called me just a couple weeks later when they received a truck virtually identical to what I had ordered on their delivery! He showed it to me that day & I was so excited to purchase it and not have to wait. Cade was so helpful with the entire process, explained everything and always followed up with me. I?d definitely recommend buying your next Chevy at Simi Valley Chevrolet!

We had our car serviced and waited. I was thankful for the kids play area to keep them occupied. The chairs were comfy. Overall I felt welcomed and comfortable to wait.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Selman ChevroletReviews
Selman Chevrolet review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a truck and I can?t say enough about how smooth and enjoyable the entire process was. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and within minutes I was introduced to Johnny Cribari, who turned out to be one of the most professional and down-to-earth salespeople I?ve ever dealt with. Johnny took the time to really understand what I was looking for?my budget, lifestyle needs, and preferences?and didn?t try to push anything that wasn?t a good fit. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all of my questions honestly, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out was how patient and transparent he was?there was no pressure, just helpful guidance. When it came time to test drive, he walked me through all the features of the truck and made sure I felt comfortable before we hit the road. Once I decided on the truck I wanted, the buying process was efficient and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and even followed up with me a the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thanks to Johnny and the team here, I drove off the lot not just with a truck I love, but with total confidence in my decision. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, professional, and customer-focused car buying experience.

George Chevrolet review
We had our oil changed on my 2018 suburban. Our service writer was Faith. She was very informative. She checked us in and reminded us of our Chevrolet rewards point. This is the first time anyone has asked us if we wanted to us our rewards. We have been having our work done at George Chevrolet since we purchased our suburban. I really appreciated Faith,s effiecency and keeping us informed during our visit. We will make sure we ask for her on our next visit.
