My husband gave Adrian our criteria for what we were looking for to include overall price, monthly payments and the overall appearance of the vehicle; she LISTENED AND DELIVERED!! He also advised Adrian that before any sales were finalized, I would have to come and inspect the vehicle and be in agreeance with the purchase. Adrian was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL not to mention nice, knowledgeable and caring. Only very negative experience we had was trying to put dwn $ on car when buying it. Turns out we had to take like 15 mn to begin with in the finance agents office to figure out how to increase our daily withdrawal limit from our chkg acct to make a pymnt on cost of suv to lwr its price. Then it turned out we could only make a max amt pymnt due to other small purchases earlier in day. The remng amt had to put on cc. All this because noone had common sense to tell us to bring our checkbook for simplicity. All this wasted like half an hour and didn't even include all the other items requiring review. Talk about ruining the experience. The only good part of the suv purchase has been our sales agent Jay Weil. I give her an A. She has been totally helpful all the way thru. Gave good suggestions like the behind the front seats gap filler/ storage units. Very good! Ken Watkins

She truly looked after my best interest and worked her knowledge and professionalism to ensure (even with no additional money down) that i got the best deal. Once again, as always, I still continue to receive exceptionally excellent expert customer service, and also, technical repair & maintenance service from (AutoNation Acura North Orlando in Sanford, FL) over the last 22 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car. My service team lead manager, Jeff Morton, works very closely with his Master Mechanic Technicians to address & resolve all of the problems that I identify for my 22 year old car, and also, proactively identify & resolve any problems that I didn't know about before those problems can become even bigger (worse) & more expensive to repair. This is why my 22 year old car car still looks like new, drives like new, the gas mileage (MPG) is slightly better than when my car was new & my car's speed acceleration (0-60 MPH) is the same/better as when I purchased my car new. I really appreciate this kind of continued exceptionally excellent expert customer & technical service.
