Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

He also encouraged us to drive it on the highway and didn't make an issue about the tolls. when I expressed concern about the tolls, he responded that we should be satisfied if we're spending that much money. furthermore, he kept us informed about other buyers who'd expressed interest in the car. above and beyond customer service!!!
