This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.

Vehicle was due for 3rd and last Purchase Oil Change plus added Full Tune up. Kevin, Maintenance Service kept all his word. He took time to review my Vehicle's history, review manufacture's tune-up requirements, give me the high-end cost so I could make sure I had what was needed to pay in full. I don't create bill I can't pay! The company and staff has their own expenses and I know as accountant the ripple affect and I know how it feels when I don't get paid because customers won''t pay their bills!
