2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Sales staffer Pete met me at the door of my car ...he had the new car all ready to test drive. There was a mix up on the website though, that allowed this much higher priced vehicle to be shown with a group of cars $5,000 less than this one's sticker price.. Pete apologized and said he would gladly show me anything else that would suit my needs. Nothing struck me that day, but he has followed up with suggestions via text and e-mail. A very fine dealership experience, even leaving without the newer car.
2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match. He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. 2025 Dodge Durango review
This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and to resolve a warning light issue regarding the Tire Monitoring System. I left my truck overnight for a next day appointment and received a text by 7:30 am stating that the oil change and tire rotation had begun and that the tire sensor battery was dead causing the warning light to engage. I was given an estimate to replace the battery and was asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. Since I have a lifetime warranty, I asked the service advisor to contact the warranty company to learn if the repair was covered. The advisor did so and luckily it was covered. The communication was very timely and accurate and the work on the truck was excellent. I've been to numerous dealerships for vehicle service and Walser Buick GMC Bloomington is by far the best.

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking
