Based on what I showed her from my video I shot under my card, she assured me it was nothing to worry about. I waited a for a little bit, and she let me know they got it taken care of it. It was something that could be pushed back up, because there may have been some screws that got loose. She told me about what caused it, that I have to be careful parking at curbs, and about bumps on the freeway. I shared with her that I was having bad anxiety, due to a personal matter, and she had a kind nurturing quality about her, telling "See, it's okay now, nothing to worry about :) " It was such relief, and I appreciated her telling it to me that way, and it helped me calm down.

Cynthia greeted me when I arrived at the dealership and handled every phase of the purchase. Jason (?) negotiated with me regarding the internet trade-in deal and agreed to honor what was promised online. And Ben (offered me extended care (which I have so far rejected because I was purchasing a Honda, the best minivan in the car industry). Every Pensacola Honda employee did a fantastic job in the process. (Giving each one a 10 out of 10 rating would be too low!) And, the curtesy, professional care, and attention to detail provided by Cynthia was way over the top! I will (and already have have) recommend Pensacola to my friends and associates as the best place in the southeast to purchase a new vehicle.
