We have dealt with a different dealership in the past and unfortunately freeway ford didn???t meet up to the competitors standard. We found freeway ford worked hard to get our business, but once we committed, it became difficult to get answers to basic questions or receive information we requested at the sale. It appears that once the sale is done follow up is slow or none.
I arrived just after 4 p.m. & they were busy. It took almost an hour but the customer lounge in the fast lane is a nice place to wait in. they got my work done as quickly as they could that night & as always the service was curious & friendly.
Elijah in sales and Amber in finance were absolutely amazing to work with! They helped me get the car I wanted, for the price I wanted! I would highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Elijah.
Just purchased a used C Max hybrid. sales rep Mike Fitzgerald was super...no pressure to look above my budget....helped me find the best, most reliable vehicle for my needs. We worked with Colton Smith and Kevin Honeycutt to drive away in our new (to us) Ford Flex. The experience was wonderful and they took care of us. We drove from Indiana because this was the only location with our desired vehicle in our desired color and much more!

I drove 2 hrs to check out a couple vehicles I saw on line. With the help of Glen Koppin I was able to make the best choice. Very professional & friendly people without being pushy. Wade Carlson made the paperwork painless while another gentleman at the end of my visit showed me some tricks for my keyless entry, unfortunately I didn't get his name but was a great guy! I bought a truck at Jeff Belzer on Black Friday. I am more understanding of the challenges because they were extremely busy that day. I worked with Jack Yanisch mainly and he was very nice. The challenge was that after the decision was made to purchase the truck I wanted there was no one available for financing portion of the sale. My total time spent at the dealership was 10:30-3:45pm. 5 hours. I had planned on 3 and drove over an hour and a half to get there. I also was frustrated because they were so busy no one came to update me on how much time was going to elapse before it was "my turn". Ultimately I drove home in my new truck which I love. The person who helped me learn more about my new truck (Bob Shoemaker) was awesome and thorough with my understanding of the technology in my new truck. My finance person (can't remember his name) was also very nice. I am glad I went but it would have been nice to have someone update me more about the length of time it was going to take to get the job finished. I gave only 3 stars due to length of time I waited not personal issues with sales or finance people. They were all nice.
We purchased a used van from sales person Mike Zwilling and discussed financing with Dan. This was an amazing experience and probably the smoothest car buying experience I have ever been through.
