Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
They treat you like family there. Had a great experience. They don’t make you feel pressured. Henry and Fran were helpful and down to earth.
2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Marcotte Ford review
Marcotte Ford is the only place I will go to buy a new Ford and to have them serviced. The team there is friendly and polite. My wife and have purchased two new vehicles in the past three years from Andrew and will definitely be back. The service team is friendly, courteous and listen to what you tell them. I will go to them instead of my local dealership

Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Shaker's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased my very first Jeep from Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, this was my first time working with this particular location, and the entire team was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, extraordinarily friendly, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I knew what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond to find the right Jeep for me. What impressed me even more was how smoothly they handled everything knowing that I live out of state. They were able to get the Jeep to me and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From the sales team to everyone else I interacted with at the dealership, the level of customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were just as excited about my first Jeep as I was! I will absolutely be keeping in touch with the team at Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I will gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I know in Connecticut who is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for making my first Jeep purchase such a great experience. You have definitely earned a repeat customer!
2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

Lombard Ford IncReviews
Lombard Ford Inc review
My experience with Lombard was excellent. Not pushy at all. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the Mass registry couldn’t get my registration done the day it was supposed to be done and I couldn’t pick up the car the next day, he delivered it to me. Mike was also excellent explaining everything as the finance manager. They both listened and I never felt like I was being lied to or deceived in anyway. I felt like I could trust them. Very happy with my experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Family Ford EnfieldReviews
Family Ford Enfield review
I had an excellent experience with Family Ford’s mobile service for my 2015 Ford F-150. Thomas made scheduling easy and explained that both my factory recall and oil change could be handled right in my driveway. Technician Jacob Wyman arrived on time, sent advance notice, and explained everything clearly. He also advised against rotating tires that needed replacement, which I appreciated. That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out. Thank you, Jacob and Thomas! I highly recommend Family Ford and will definitely use them for future service.

2024 Bronco sport, 29k miles had a cracked head! Not happy about that at all! But I will say that Tasca Ford wes very good in getting the repairs done. All under warranty. Staff was great. No loaner was available which didn’t help, since the car was in the shop for over a week.

Hoffman Audi of East Hartford review
We just leased our 7th Audi from Hoffman East Hartford! Our salesperson was Michael McLaughlin and he was great! Extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and easy to talk with. Did not feel like typical sales pitch. If you’re looking at Audi, tag him first sure! Thank you Mike
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From Linda at the front desk to the Finance manager who took extra care to make sure I understood everything about my auto loan. My sales guy Chris B, didnt apply one drop of pressure. He just did what I asked and that was to sell me the car I wanted. I let Chris know I will be returning to him for my next purchase.

Vehicle is good but ride could be better for a 5400 lb. suv. They class it as a station wagon not an suv for insurance reasons. Like it . Sorry they don't make them anymore, kind of concerning.

Balise Nissan of West Springfield review
Thanks Maddie! Very knowledgeable about vehicle. Patient with my questions. Easy to talk to. It was a long process but we felt confident in her and Mr Foster in finance explained things to us and my many questions.
2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

Balise Toyota review
Having always hated the car buying experience, I so dreaded having to replace my vehicle of 10 years. However, Jose Barina is just a great Salesperson. Honest and explains it so easily. As well, he worked out a very fair deal. I am most impressed as he is like what sales people were like when I was young.... over 50 years ago+++ (I am in no way related or knew of him until this past week. Thank you Jose and give him a chance. I think you will also be impressed.

It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

Torrington Toyota review
My cousin recommended a sales rep at this dealer, Gil Zollarcoffer because she just purchased a new used Rav4 and said Gil was an honest sales rep. I was actively searching for several weeks for a new used Prius with AWD and heated front seats. They were hard to find anywhere (gas prices are probably helping the hybrid sales to go through the roof). Anyway, went up on a Saturday to test drive a few different makes (no Prius's on the lot) and when I came back from second test drive (Corella) Gil found me a Prius with the two things that were a must have for me. I highly recommend Gil and Torrington Toyota.

Jim Juliani MotorsReviews
Jim Juliani Motors review
Had a really good experience with Jim Juliani Motor Cars in Waterbury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were great—easy to talk to, professional, and no pressure at all. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the car and the deal without rushing me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their inventory is solid, and you can tell they’re selective about the vehicles they put on the lot. Everything felt straightforward and transparent, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered honestly, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. You don’t get that everywhere. My car is fantastic and I’m genuinely really happy with my purchase. It runs great, looks great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, just a good, honest dealership with a great team behind it. I’d definitely recommend Jim Juliani Motor Cars if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Monaco FordReviews
Monaco Ford review
Monaco is the best! I’ve bought several trucks from them over the years for both my business and personal use, and I’ve also used their service department for many vehicles. It has always been a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, but I especially want to recognize a few people who really stood out: Jason Karzian, helped me from day one and was always available whenever I needed anything. James Vincek, handled the financing and did a great job finding me excellent rates. Matt Brierton, met with me on the day of pickup and walked me through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. And Cameron Ortiz, my salesman, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Monaco and will absolutely continue doing business with them for all of my Ford needs. They are hands down the best dealership I’ve ever worked with!
2022 Ford Edge review
I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I had reached out to check out a vehicle they had in stock, and everyone there could not have been nicer, or easier to work with. Katie, Sam and Brian were very friendly, helpful and even though it wasn't the right car for my needs, they couldn't have been nicer.
2018 Ford Edge review
Such a nice car. A.C. and heated seats, great climate control, great seats with adjustable lumbar support, sky roof, a big get up and go boost, fabulous indoor and outdoor lighting, non cheap leather seats and the dash computer is very doable for me ( being such a Luddite!)!Just absolutely a happy gal having picked this titanium Edge! Will love it until the wheels fall off.

Found a used car on the lot that we were interested in. Spoke originally to Josh and then Justin. Liked the laid back atmosphere without pressure or hype. The transaction was smooth and easy. Asher wrapped up the paperwork and we were out the door in no time. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

CarMax North Attleboro review
I brought a honda from Marvin at N,Attleborh dearship. Nice guy very informed easy to work with! THANKS MARV
2018 Ford Edge review
I have the Sport Edge model with 2.7 twin turbo. I love it! Do your research. With any turbo you must use premium gas, full synthetic oil and let your car cool down after short rides for at least a minute or 3 - 5 minutes if you drive more that 3 hours. The turbo engine runs hot and cooling down lets the oil drain for the turbo. If you don't the engine could overheat. Look it up for yourself.
