Luther Bloomington HyundaiReviews
Luther Bloomington Hyundai review
I bought a car at this dealership in 2014 and was in the market for another car this year. I decide to check out the dealership once again. I really was not sure what make or type of vehicle I wanted. Had an excellent experience at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. My salesperson, AK Abdi was excellent. Great personality, not pushy, patient and informative. Could not ask for a better salesperson.

Southwest KiaReviews
Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos

AutoNation Ford BurlesonReviews
AutoNation Ford Burleson review
I’m very happy with my experience at AutoNation Ford Burleson! I purchased a pre-owned Kia Sportage, and they gave me a really good deal on my trade-in. When an issue came up before I left the dealership, they took care of getting it repaired and provided a loaner while it was being worked on. I now have my car back, and everything is working perfectly! It was freshly washed and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. Thank you to Michael and the team for taking care of me and making sure everything was right. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received!

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm BeachReviews
AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
I had an excellent experience buying my car at AutoNation. After some bad experiences with dealerships in the past, Rolando and Hoss completely changed my perception. Rolando was honest, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and no confusing back-and-forth. Hoss made the finance process just as transparent and easy, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The entire transaction was calm, straightforward, and stress-free. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and honestly. If you're buying a car at AutoNation, I highly recommend asking for **Rolando**. He is someone you can feel comfortable doing business with. And if Hoss handles your financing, you're in great hands too. Thank you both for such a positive experience!

Serra Ford Rochester HillsReviews
Serra Ford Rochester Hills review
I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

Jose was very nice, very polite and honest. He took his time, walked us through everything, never rushed us during inspection or paperwork review. Very polite and honest, and asked for permission for his social media. Disclosed everything and was very apologetic for “taking too long” even if he didn’t take a long time at all.

Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation

I had gone to so many dealerships and had the worst buying experiences of my life. This definitely wasn’t one of them!!! I was very impressed with the way I was treated there Eddie and Victor were awesome as was Jaylen in service when I had an issue they handled it perfectly and couldn’t be happier with the sale and the trade value along with the service center, 5 stars isn’t enough.!!!! Recommend them highly!!!!

AutoNation USA Jacksonville review
I visited AutoNation Jax on Atlantic Blvd. Today. I was there to get a bid on having them purchase my truck. I elected not to sell it to the dealership. However, I was very pleased with the dealership personnel who handled this process. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership for future purchases. Good experience with Jessica, Cam and Christian!

Can’t say thank you enough to Roosevelt Oliver! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the pros and cons of the vehicle that I was interested in. He worked very hard to set up a deal that I could be comfortable with. Highly recommend him and the entire Team One Nissan staff!

Peoria NissanReviews
Peoria Nissan review
I drove all the way from Northern California to Peoria to buy a used vehicle, and this dealership is, quite simply, amazing. They made my trip completely worthwhile. Matt, Ricky, Kevin, Martin, and Nick are truly committed to their customers. Matt, my salesperson, had everything arranged ahead of time, so I was in and out quickly. The entire purchase and trade-in process was seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. It was absolutely worth the 10-hour drive!

Jim Bowman, retired US Marine, sold us a 2007 Chevy Silverado. He was a nice, no-pressure salesman. Great sense of humor, very friendly guy, will definitely see him again if we ever need another car.

DeNooyer ChevroletReviews
DeNooyer Chevrolet review
We stopped in to DeNooyers in Kalamazoo, MI to just look at vehicles. Leslie Becker introduced herself and we looked at vehicles and bought one. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was an issue with the windshield and a scratch on the inside door jam and she made sure that both were fixed immediately.
