My experience started off on a rough note. My new truck was delivered missing a passenger-side mirror, and I had to make multiple trips back to the dealership during the first week of ownership. There were also a few additional issues that needed to be addressed, and I was frustrated by some of the communication throughout the process. That said, the dealership listened to my concerns and made a genuine effort to make things right. They repaired all of the issues with the truck, provided a loaner while the repairs were being completed. I appreciated that they took my feedback seriously and were willing to work with me rather than dismiss my concerns. No one wants to spend the first week with a brand new vehicle making return trips to the dealership, but I also believe it’s important to recognize when a business stands behind its customer. While I wish the delivery experience had gone more smoothly, I’m thankful they followed through and made the effort to restore my confidence in both the truck and the dealership.

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

2024 Ford Escape review
Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.
