2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. A few days later, J.R. called to let me know my Rav 4 XLE Premium was at the dealership. J.R. added that extra touch by placing a colorful bow on my dream car!!! Outstanding Service from Dave Zarzycki and Team My daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from out of town (Virginia), I was extremely anxious about the situation—especially with my little girl in tow and no plans to extend our stay. I knew I needed the issue checked right away before we could safely drive home. I brought my van to David Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glen Mills, PA, and was incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Dave Zarzycki. Despite the busy holiday weekend, Dave went above and beyond to help. I dropped the van off in the morning, and by late afternoon, Dave called to let me know it was all taken care of—safe and ready for our drive home. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for his work behind the scenes. Daniel walked me through the exterior features and we began the test drive, during which I was able to test multiple functions and features at my own pace. After returning, he gave me a tour of the dealership and shared the many President’s Awards they’ve earned over the years—clearly well deserved. When it came time to talk numbers, they offered me a great deal. I wasn’t quite ready to commit, but then Joey, the manager, came over and asked if I wanted to drive the car home. I was already seriously considering purchasing it, but that simple act of trust and kindness sealed the deal. I’m almost 50 and a school teacher. The car is safe, but the respect I was shown in that moment was priceless.
