Vehicle was exactly as advertised on Cars.com. E-mailed that we were coming to see it and was happy to see it was washed. Took it for a long test drive and decided to buy it. Everything went well. I wish all shopping experiences were this easy.

Excellent. I had went to another dealer first to get my oil changed with an appointment and they told me it would be two and half hours before they could do it. Drove up to Northgate and they got me right in and on my way way in less than an hour. Thank you and keep up the great service.
I was very happy with the service overall as usual, The only issue I had was the estimated time of starting to even look at the issue I was having with my vehicle was not nearly accurate. When I explained that my truck was needed to get myself and my daughter to work ( on different shifts), they seemed to move the process along more quickly. I do understand they get busy and I was very happy overall.
I bought my Honda Accord from Jeremy 5 years ago. I got a new phone about 6months ago and it has been nothing but trouble as far as staying connected with the car. Jeremy has helped fix this problem multiple times and never seems to be bothered when I show up for help. He greets us with a smile goes right to work usually has us back up and running in about 2 min. Jeremy is patient, kind and professional and that is why we will continue to do business with Cawood!

It was easy working with my salesman and service contact. Both are no longer there. Recent service was with a different CSR and went well. My son recently wanted to pay for a future oil change etc for me and while the dealership finanally wotked it out; having gift cards available would have been most convenient.
Great experience. Josh was very patient with me being specific and picky. He found the perfect car for me. It is exactly what I was looking for, at a fair price. On top of that, due to my hard times, I was not able to get to the dealership from Lansing and Josh was kind enough to come pick me up to bring me to the dealership so I could get back on the road!
