When finding a used car, it was very hard to, because many dealers lie about the accidents and it's problems. But I am so happy I picked this dealership. Tome was the associate that helped me and he provided the best customer service. He dedicated himself to finding me my ideal car and he found me an A4 2006, loaded. I'm so unbelievably happy when I drive the car, knowing that I was in good hands. The car seems like it's brand new and when I drive, I feel like im literally flying. I have found nothing wrong with the car and he successfully achieved being determined to find me a great car, with few mileage, and at such a great price. If you like a little outside of Fredericksburg, I still think it is worth the drive to find your ideal car. Highly Recommended.

Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, the dealership seemed very friendly and willing to help. I didn’t feel pressured or judged. They were willing to help and find similar types of vehicles I was looking for. I will keep them in mind in my future searches.

A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
They were emailed me back and I talked to them on phone they were very nice and was very helpful with trying to help me find what I was looking for.we went to there auto center but did not pay a vehicle.
