I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

As a single mom, buying a vehicle can honestly feel stressful - especially when you’re trying to find something that is not only practical for your life, but also something you genuinely feel safe, comfortable, and confident in long-term. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, it was really important to me to feel secure in what I was getting and not rushed into something that didn’t fully fit my needs. Brandon truly exceeded expectations throughout the entire process. His communication was incredible from start to finish, always keeping me updated, checking in, answering questions quickly, and making me feel heard instead of pressured. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about helping me get into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. He went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for — a barely used Toyota Sienna Woodland, even though they didn’t originally have it on the lot. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for the effort, communication, professionalism, and genuine care they both showed throughout the process. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
