Grapevine Ford Lincoln review
Great service by David ! I was not even thinking of buying a new truck. ( I came in to buy a headlight component ). David went the extra mile in service, communication, helpful in showing me inventory of models. I love my new truck ( this is my fourth from Grapevine and will come back.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I would like to say that we were just out to look at cars and we’re not 100% sure that we would buy one. But Randall Hood was so great, informative, answered all our questions with patience that we did end up buying it. He is complete opposite of typical car sales person. Dealership is lucky to have him.

DriveTime of Lewisville review
I received all the help I needed to get a car and now I'm getting ready to buy it . Recommended areas of focus for continued personal and professional development would be interpersonal communications, self-awareness and maintaining a level of appropriate distance and professionalism with customers and subordinates. He will continue to improve overall performance in the coming year by focusing on the softer skills of project management and being able to both accept and deliver feedback in an empathetic manner. Please acknowledge receipt of this employee review letter, and if you have any questions, let me know as I am always available to discuss his performance. Sincerely,

CarMax Hulen Mall review
Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.
