I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Not all car dealerships are alike. I had a horrible experience with a local dealership the week prior. The high pressure sales tactics and the games played drove me to seek another dealership that was awesome. Will by again from them.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

But we didn't want to drive to Waukesha from West Bend, so we went to the WB Nissan dealership, also part of the Russ Darrow empire, and people communicated and cooperated and the next day the Leaf showed up in West Bend, we took it for a spin, and we're now its happy owners. Bought a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid over the weekend. Our salesperson, Marvin Cameron, was very good. He understood our requirements and showed us all the cars we were interested in. He did not pressure us into buying a different car, adding unnecessary options, insurance, etc. However their business manager was a jerk and rude. Came across as could not care less whether we bought a car or not. Did not answer questions courteously and pressured us to prepay for maintenance which we promptly declined. There was a little bit of a good guy bad guy act between Marvin (good guy) and the business manager (bad guy). Marvin told us the interest rate was lower than what we finally received and Marvin also told us more free oil changes were included. The business manager blamed Marvin for being misinformed. Not very professional of him either. They did not budge on the price either. We paid $501 less than MSRP. Would recommend the dealership and Marvin but please pay attention to details
