We were out shopping for a replacement Honda Odyssey after our 2006 Odyssey was involved in an accident and was a total loss. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Mark Olson. We explained what happened and what we were looking for. We also let him know that we had no idea what our price point would be as we hadn't heard from the insurance company. Mark brought us a 2007 Odyssey to look at, but it had too many miles for us. He then suggested a 2012 that they had. We thought it might be too expensive, but he suggested we just take a look. He brought it up to us and it was a really nice vehicle. We examined the vehicle's equipment, then Mark and I went out on a test drive. It seemed to run and drive very well. We noticed the van didn't have a roof rack and Mark checked with the guys inside and said it wouldn't be an issue to get it installed at ALM. We continued shopping around and just couldn't find a better deal or always had someone trying to convince us to go for a different vehicle because they didn't have what we wanted. Finally we hard back from the insurance company and called Mark to make sure the van was still there. It was and he put it in back for us. The actual sale of the vehicle was pretty easy and didn't take as long as it has in other dealers and we drove it home on a Sunday. After having it a couple days, we noticed a few things that needed some attention and we were working to get the roof rack installation scheduled. Mark said that we should bring the van back in and they will go through it and fix anything that's wrong. We dropped it off on May 31st in the morning to Mark & Nathan and picked it up at 5pm. The roof rack was installed, the tires were replaced, the oil change was done, the brake rotors resurfaced and new pads. I'm real happy with what Mark and ALM have done. When it's time for me to replace my car, I know that I will check with ALM and see what they have. Thanks so much guys!
