After being victims of the "bait & switch" at another dealership, we were hesitant about going to another dealership, but Koons Kia had the vehicle we wanted and it was priced very well, so we went to Koons to look at the particular vehicle we had seen online. From the start, we were pleased with their customer service. Many times, sales people talk too much and can get a little "pushy", however Haris, our salesman was very respectful, didn't try to talk us to death, straightforward and was willing to help meet our needs. The sales mgr, Donovan, was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us drive away with the vehicle we wanted. We were there with some of our little ones and that can get daunting sometimes, but the staff was very accommodating and kind to our family. There was a gentleman named Ray who I believe works for Koons overall, not just that dealership...he too was very accommodating. We were gonna have to put the paper signing on hold to go feed lunch to our kids then return, but he/the dealership ordered pizza for us, which they didn't have to do. Overall, we left feeling very well taken care of, not haggled and we got a great deal on our vehicle!
