It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.
I took the F-150 in for the recall on the Seat belt pre-tensioner that can cause the carpet at the bottom of the A Pillar. They gave me a nice loaner and addressed a couple of other issues I had witht he truck. Overall a good experience.
I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from harold Dorsey in the past and it is always a good experience. The service department has some great ford trained technicians like Tim Heimberger. I will continue to go to thoroughbred ford in the future.
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Jason Fry did an excellent job and took care of me with no fuss. He got me in and out with no delay and took good care of me.
