Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. Pretty rare for me to leave a review, especially 5 stars on a dealership. Worked with Rich on a used SUV. Great experience and pretty quick in and out of the dealership too. Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.

Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. I recently bought a used car from this Ford dealership in Titusville, Florida. I started at their Honda dealership where Shannon took me online to view the used cars at all their dealerships, then sent me to the Ford dealership because they had a few of the model I was looking for. The car I was most interested in was at their sister dealership in Orlando and my salesman, Virgilio, personally picked it up and brought it to Titusville for me to check out. They let me take the car to a shop for inspection and drive it as much as I wanted to try it out. The entire process was pressure free and every person I dealt with was professional (special thank you to Robert) and seemed dedicated to helping me make my purchase rather than pushing to sell me a car. Raphael (or Rafael) in finance worked hard to get me the best financing and warranty package and I ended up leaving feeling like . The overall air at this dealership was stress free and everyone there was friendly. I highly recommend this dealership if you are shopping for a new or used car!

Overall, I had a good experience with City Auto of Memphis. They gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I visited, had the best price on the van I wanted within 50 miles, and I was even able to purchase an extended warranty. The managers were extremely helpful, professional, and ultimately made the deal happen. My only complaint, and the reason for the 3-star rating, was my experience with my salesman. He did not seem knowledgeable about their website, inventory, or even how to properly navigate me through their online credit application. I repeatedly asked, “Are you sure this is right?” and was told yes, only to find out afterward that it wasn’t. This ultimately resulted in my credit being run multiple times. When I questioned it, I was told, “Sorry, this is my first time,” and it seemed to be treated like it wasn’t a big deal. When you’re dealing with someone’s credit and a major purchase, knowing your procedures and being confident that you’re giving the customer correct information is extremely important. If it had not been for the managers stepping in, especially the gentleman who worked to find me financing, I probably would have walked away from the deal. That being said, I would absolutely buy from City Auto of Memphis again. They treated me well, gave me a great deal, and I’m very happy with my van. I would simply request a different sales representative next time—someone more experienced and knowledgeable about the process.
