Karl Flammer Ford review
I called Chris and accessories yesterday to purchase a tire pressure monitoring system TPMS 2025 f350 Latoat and for my Ranger boat trailer. He called me this morning and said it was in and it was something I needed to install. when I got there to pick up the parts he has printed all the necessary documentation to help me install the system he opened the box with me showed me the parts I needed and the ones I did not need. Thanks to Chris it was less than an hour project. Kyle Flemmer was my personal friend and right before he died. He told me that the key to a dealer’s existence is Quality customer service because when Quality is there people return

I just want to say that I had a very professional customer service experience with Ryan Ramdass and wanted to write a review to express my gratitude. Ryan and I had an issue that we had to address and resolve over the phone and he handled it very professional and cautiously. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is searching for their next Chevrolet! He is a top notch salesman in my book. I his straight forward and to the point and says it like it is and I appreciate that about him and our conversation. Ask for Ryan when you look to purchase your next car he will not let you down. AutoNation Ford TustinReviews
AutoNation Ford Tustin review
I arrived with an appt at 6:45am for a 7am time.....soon Tommy appeared at my car and ask what my appt was for and proceeded with the necessary paperwork. I had asked about Tony, who was normally my repair advisor, but Tommy said Tony was on the 8am shift and that he would take of everything, which he did expertly! I went into the customer lounge waiting area, and waited. Almost to the minute Tommy appeared 1 hour&15 min. later saying my car was ready....wow! Nicely done, and washed car to boot!

I recently brought my truck in for its 40,000-mile service, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My service advisor, Jared, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions, clearly managed expectations, and made the entire process a pleasure. This is consistent with every experience I've had at this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent Ford service!

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC Cadillac review
I had a great experience purchasing a 2026 GMC 2500HD at the Hendrick Team! The entire process was incredibly smooth, straightforward, and efficient. I worked directly with Cody & Ham, who are knowledgeable, patient, personable, and very professional, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all of my questions about the vehicle's features and financing options. Ham in the financing department was also highly efficient, explaining the paperwork clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. I am thrilled with my new purchase and highly recommend Cody & Ham at Dale Earnhardt Jr. GMC of Tallahassee without reservation to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying journey! Thank you, Hendrick Team Steve @ MRI Construction & Development

I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Needed some mechanical work on our 10-year-old Escape. Joe made sure we got a thorough inspection. Then we ordered the work we wanted. No pressure to do it all. He was in contact regularly with us over the 2 days they worked on it. The results were incredible. No surprises. We knew exactly what we were going to pay for the service we wanted. Highly recommend going to Andy Mohr for any Ford service. Friendly, detailed, professional. Love these guys!!

Akins FordReviews
Akins Ford review
We recently purchased an F-350 from Akins Ford in Jefferson, Georgia, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. This is actually the third truck we have bought from Akins over the years. Our previous salespeople are no longer there, but working with Jessica Jolley for the first time was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment we met her, she listened closely to exactly what we were looking for. Instead of smothering us with typical sales pressure, she pointed us in the right direction toward the F-350s across the street and let us explore on our own. While we were looking, Jessica proactively checked her inventory system, verified they had the exact truck we wanted, and personally brought the keys right out to us. Her knowledge is incredible—she answered every single question we threw at her without a second of hesitation. The entire sales and paperwork process went incredibly smoothly. To top it all off, working with the finance manager, Noe Ponce, was an absolute pleasure. He has a great personality and made the final steps enjoyable. It is great to know that Akins still has top-tier professionals, and we highly recommend seeing Jessica and Noe!

Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Phil Long Ford of Chapel HillsReviews
Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills review
The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.

Bozard FordReviews
Bozard Ford review
I previously purchased a vehicle from Bozard in 2023 and it was an amazing experience! I decided to purchase a new 2026 Ford Explorer and I reached out to the same sales rep I worked with before. Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I also really appreciate they do not have any dealer markups or addendums on their vehicles! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Devin and Ricky! I will definitely be back again for my next vehicle!!
