Had an unexpected pleasant new car buying experience at DMcD Ford Fort Worth! Ty, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time showing different vehicles and sharing information. He did a great job! Aaron the sales manager made the deal with us in a Bronco Sport and we couldn?t be happier! Good people in the stressful buying process. The only negative is the terrible music at the otherwise clean and attractive dealership. May seem minor but when you?re sitting for 3-4 hours in the purchase process or service it is terrible! There are top 3 worse sounds in the world. 1. Nails on chalkboard 2. The music at David McDavid Ford and 3. A drunk hyena at a Nickelback concert! But you can leave a Nickelback concert! JK! But seriously fix the MUSIC! You can have different genres different days for the love of Bronco! I?m sitting here now in the service dept dying in flute-land.

My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Once we got to the dealership, they already had the car pulled up and ready for us to see. We decided we wanted the car and finance worked quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. They got me into a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T and even beat the interest rate I had from my own bank — all during the winter storm that hit DFW. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The online price was exactly what I paid (plus tax). No hidden fees or surprise add-ons like you see at some larger dealerships, which was very important to me. Alfonso went above and beyond by checking on the vehicle after the storm to make sure there was no damage and even advised me to wait to test drive until the roads were safe. After purchase, I had a small sensor issue (likely from the freezing temps), and they quickly connected me with a trusted mechanic who fixed it right away. Best car-buying experience I’ve had. 2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

I went in and they worked with me quickly on the truck that I was looking at and addressed all of the issues/concerns that I had immediately. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a pick up.

I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.

The truck is great. The 7.2 gas engine has plenty of power and it drives like a sports car. The remote start with the Ford app is awesome.

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.
