It was shocking that a manufacturer dealer (Honda) who sells their own cars could be so shady, then you have a Subaru dealer selling a pre-owned Honda with the professionalism and knowledge the other dealer lacked. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

The interior feels premium with features like a large infotainment display, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and spacious seating, making it ideal for both daily commuting and family trips. The ride quality is smooth, and the engine performance is solid with good fuel efficiency around 25 MPG combined, which is great for this segment. What made the experience even better was the excellent service from our sales representative, Trinity Howell. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the features, answered all our questions, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend both the Tiguan SE and the dealership.
