I truly can???t put into words how impressed I was with this dealership and my salesman, Adam! Adam was so attentive, patient, personable and thorough every step of the way. He truly made my entire experience easy and enjoyable. He treated me like a person and not just a customer, everyone at this dealership did. I had an awful experience at another dealership and after the incredible service I received here, I honestly can say I???ll never go somewhere else! I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!

Lots of room for anything. Interiors are comfortable and clean. The v8 has ton of power and it sounds like a dream. Not bad on gas considering it’s a big truck. Can tow just about anything, and comfy enough to put my two toddlers in it every day.
Scheduled a Saturday appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I called the day before on Friday because I decided Friday worked better for my schedule. Nick received my call and told me to come right in. He reviewed my request, serviced the vehicle, updated the factory recalls and kept me updated on the process. Fixed some door trim by hand and just took care of my vehicle. He was proficient and professional and treated me like a superstar! Most importantly I felt like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business.

So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.
This is the 4th new Ford I have purchased.

The Expedition has the best technology a suv can have, I am very surprised of all the new things that it has. I couldnt find it in any other suv.
Just came from The Sherman Dealer to buy a used Promaster... 18k miles window proce $21k, the dealer ended up making up all kinds BS and my total "out the door price" was close to $30k for a scratched up, dented Promaster that was making a sound in the suspension. They ran my credit and started telling me that everyone is declining me (I have good credit) and they would recommend buying a new one so I could get approved... I was going to walk out and a manager chased me down to tell me that one bank finally approved me but the interest will be high and I need a larger down payment. (Monthly payments $499/mo) The manager told me not to run my credit anywhere else because it will void my deal.
I decided to look at Roesch Ford for another opinion. I was greated by Sam Mellenthin and he found me a promaster with the same miles same price, no scratches, proof of maintenance and inspections. My total price was the sticker price plus my taxes... $5k less than the last dealer! He got me approved from the first bank, no hidden charges, no bs upsell. Monthly payments $388/mo He was Knowledgeable about all the different types of work vans and gave me other options and explained what he liked and didn't like about the model that I was buying. Honesty, professionalism and pride in putting the customer first. Buying Roesch Ford was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I have always felt uneasy around car salesman and I'm always looking out for the scams and lies but I can honestly say that I felt completely comfortable with everyone at this dealership!

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
Always an excellent experience. I have purchased 3 cars from the Roesch family dealerships. I always feel like I have gotten a great deal & excellent help.

The truck is everything I wanted. I'm looking to tow a large trailer/5th wheel and the diesel engine will pull strong without complaining. People comment on it's good looks and the leather interior is well done. The only complaint I have so far (6 months in) is the points of interest finder (gas stations, restaurants, etc) does not update as you drive down the road. It finds the closest places which may be behind you and doesn't continually update as you travel down the highway. It does give you current prices which is nice.
The diesel engine is strong and surprisingly fast for a truck this size. No worries about merging on the highway or passing slower vehicles. At 65-70 mph it averages nearly 20 mpg.
My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Service performed quickly and on-time. No hassles getting my vehicle in for regular maintenance. Price is competitive.

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
I have a 2017 Escape with under 20k miles. It took 2 weeks to get my car in to replace a transmission pump of some sort. They said they'd need to keep the car a couple days, and did provide a loaner. Alex was very professional, friendly and polite. I got it back by the end of the 2nd day. Would have been nice if the car got washed tho.
